Discover Aman Sveti Stefan

  • Day 01 - Hong Kong / Belgrade

    Be met and enjoy a panoramic tour of Belgrade, offering the overview of the main city sites such as the City Hall, the Parliament and the National Theatre.

    You will stop to visit the Cathedral of St. Sava, the biggest Orthodox Church on the Balkans and the second biggest in the world. Continue to the luxurious residential area of Dedinje and visit the House of Flowers, the resting place of the former Yugoslav president Josip Broz Tito.

    Enjoy traditional lunch at local restaurant with Rakija (local brandy) tasting.

  • Day 02 - Belgrade

    Start your tour with a walk around the magnificent archaeological and historical site of Belgrade Fortress. Visit St Petka's Church and the Rose Church – two lovely small churches that are one of the most charming landmarks of Belgrade Fortress.

    Continue your tour with a stroll down the vibrant Prince Michael’s street to the Republic Square. Here you will come across more masterpieces of the architecture of Belgrade, such as the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Serbian Crown Palace. You will also take a walk in the charming Skadarlija street, known as the city’s bohemian quarter and one of the most interesting places in town.

    Then proceed to the Royal Compound of the Karađorđević dynasty on Dedinje. Enjoy an extraordinary experience, a Private VIP tour of the Royal Compound.

  • Day 03 - Belgrade

    Drive to the charming town of Novi Sad. You will take a stroll from the 18th century Liberty Square down Zmaj Jovina Street, the picturesque 19th century promenade that is today the heart of the town. Your guide will show you the architectural delights of the numerous sacral and profane buildings such as the Catholic Church and the Town Hall. The main street leads to the beautiful Danube Park, the oldest nature park in Novi Sad.

    After the walking tour, visit the Petrovaradin Fortress. Nestled on the river meander overlooking Novi Sad and Danube River, the fortress has always had a dominant strategic location.

    Continue to the quaint town of Sremski Karlovci. This tiny town is easy to explore and ideal to grasp the slow pace of life in the region. The town’s centre holds the baroque style buildings that are of immense importance to Serbian history and culture.

    Return to Belgrade and enjoy rest of the evening free for leisure. 

    OPTIONAL 1 NIGHT’S EXTENSION TO NIS AND DEVIL’S TOWN

    With a history 2000 years old, Nis has a long story to tell. First, you will visit Mediana – the well preserved ruins of the Roman settlement which is considered to be the birthplace of Emperor Constantine the Great. Then, your guide and driver will take you for a tour of the Skull Tower, made of the skulls of Serbian rebels killed during the 1809 Battle of Cegar by Sultan Mahmud II. At the end you will discover the fortress of Nis which current shape comes from the early 18th century, when it was expanded by its Turkish occupants. Continue to Devil’s Town, featuring 202 exotic formations described as earth pyramids. Return for overnight to Belgrade.

  • Day 04 - Belgrade / Sarajevo

    In early afternoon, meet your driver for a private transfer to Sarajevo.

  • Day 05 - Sarajevo

    A walk through Sarajevo is a walk through its past. With your guide, you will explore Baščaršija, the most famous market-place,. You will also visit Morića Han - a caravanserai which once provided accommodation, meals and storage for merchants and travelers. You will stroll along the Miljacka River and see the bridges built during Ottoman times. One of these – the stone Latin Bridge – is where the Serbian nationalist Gavrilo Princip shot and killed Franz Ferdinand and his wife, which became the cause of the World War l.

    Continue with a visit of Sarajevo War Tunnel - the best kept secret of the war in Bosnia. In March 1992, the 800 m of the tunnel were built under the airport runway. Through this tunnel people in Sarajevo got their food, army help, oil, electricity, even telephone line.

  • Day 06 - Sarajevo / Mostar

    This morning meet your English speaking driver and transfer to the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon arrival and meeting with your local guide and visit small town of Capljina and nearby Kravice waterfalls, a hidden treasure of Herzegovina. Continue towards to Pocitelj, a town of past and present, located at the steep cliff overlooking the Neretva River. This little town, is a true living museum of an Ottoman period, strolling through the cobblestoned streets you will be able to visit the Hadi-Alijas mosque from the 16th century, Sahat Tower from the 17 century and Sisman – Ibrahim pasha’s madrasa.

    Continue towards to Mostar, the unofficial capital of the region of Herzegovina. Upon arrival, you will meet your local guide for a walking tour of the Old Town of Mostar. Walk along the Old Bridge and to Mostar’s cobbled Ottoman Quarter, which houses the city’s artists and craftsmen. During your tour, you will visit the Koski Mehmed pasa Mosque from 1671 and the Turkish House – one of the most representative monuments of the Ottoman residential architecture.

  • Day 07 - Mostar / Tivat Or Sveti Stefan

    This morning meet your driver for a scenic transfer to Montenegro. Along the way make a stop at Ostrog for a tour of the Ostrog Monastery, the most famous shrine in Montenegro. Carved in the high mountain cliff, a miracle build by nature and human interactions, is today the pearl of Montenegrin spiritualism.

    After the tour you will continue south to Sveti Stefan or Tivat.

  • Day 08 - Tivat Or Sveti Stefan

    Today, enjoy the day for leisure at your luxury resort or choose to take below optional tour. 

    Optional: Enjoy an optional full day tour to Boka Bay.  During the Boka Bay tour, you will visit the is the old town of Perast, a sleepy baroque place on the seashore and Kotor, where the architecture, a post-modern mix of the various epochs and its position at the bottom of the sharp cliffs of the Lovcen Mountain, makes it different from any other Mediterranean town.

  • Day 09 - Tivat Or Sveti Stefan / Podgorica / Hong Kong

    Today, enjoy your day free for leisure. Transfer to airport for your flight.
