  • Day 01 - Hong Kong / Cairo / Giza

    Upon arrival, you will be met and transfer to hotel in Giza. Tour one of the great wonders of the world - the famous Giza plateau hosting the legendary pyramids and sphinx.

  • Day 2 - Giza / Fayoum Oasis

    This morning, visit Sakkara, site of the great necropolis of Memphis, the Old Kingdom capital.  

    Drive 1.5 hour to the Fayoum Oasis and on the way visit the Qasr El-Sagha Temple which was never completed, dating back to the Middle Kingdom. It offers great views over the Qaroun Lake and Qatrani Mountains. Arrive into the beautiful desert scenery of Wadi Hitan where camp under some cliffs with beautiful views over the rock formations and sands below us.

  • Day 03 - Fayoum Oasis - Valley of Whales

    Rise early this morning, and explore the World Heritage Site of the ‘Valley of the Whales’ (Wadi El-Hitan). There are hundreds of fossilized whale skeletons as well as mangrove roots and crab tunnels have been found in the sand. Visit Wadi El-Rayyan, a protected area where nature thrives. You will stop by two beautiful lakes, and will encounter waterfalls and birds. Here, you are sure to be impressed by the contrast of blue lake waters with golden desert sand.

  • Day 04 - Fayoum Oasis / Cairo

    Drive back to Cairo this morning. Spend your time visit the famous Egyptian Museum which houses the world's most extensive collection of pharaonic antiquities. The rest of the time is spent exploring vibrant and oldest bazaar in Cairo, the Khan-el-Khalili, - a perfect place for souvenirs hunting.

  • Day 05 - Cairo / Dakhla Oasis

    This morning, take a short flight to Kharga Oasis, the gateway to Dakhla Oasis

    Drive 2 hours to your lodge at the Dakhla Oasis. Enroute to visit the Islamic village of Balat. Continue to Al-Qasr village, which was built from its Roman ruins with narrow covered streets. This afternoon, with your native Bedouin guide, enjoy a short trek around the oasis or camel ride through the nearby dunes at the lodge.

    You may extend your stay at Dakhla Oasis for more excursions and activities, including horse-back riding, 4x4 desert drives or local community encounter.

  • Day 06 - Dakhla Oasis / Luxor

    Today, you will have a 7-hour drive through the desert to Luxor. On the way, make a stop at Necropolis of Al-Bagawat, one of the earliest and best preserved Christian cemeteries in the world.  Continue to Qila al-Dabba necropolis, a cemetery with the Mastaba de Khentika, an impressively restored mud brick tomb with a stone burial chamber. 

    Arrive Luxor in the evening.

  • Day 07 - Luxor - Nile Cruise Embarkation

    Enjoy a leisurely morning. Be transferred to the pier and embark your Nile cruise.  

    This afternoon, Tour the East Bank of Luxor covering the Karnak and Luxor temples. Overnight on board docked at Luxor.

  • Day 08 - Luxor / Esna

    This morning, you will tour the West Bank of Luxor. You will cover Colossi of Memnon, temple of Queen Hatchepsut and 3 tombs in the Valley of the Kings.  

    The cruise will begin navigating towards Esna after lunch, which is about 60km south of Luxor. Overnight on board docked at Esna.

  • Day 09 - Esna / Edfu / Kom Ombo

    Early morning, navigate towards Edfu and visit Temple of Horus, the largest sanctuary built during the period of King Ptolemy. After lunch, continue to the Kom Ombo, about 145km south of Edfu. Overnight on board, docked at Kom Ombo.

  • Day 10 - Kom Ombo / Aswan

    Morning, visit the huge temple dedicated to the God Sobek and Horus. Navigate towards Aswan, about 48km south of Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple of Philae, which has been entirely moved to the island of Algikia during the construction of the high barrage

    Afternoon, sail the Nile by felucca (traditional Egyptian sail boat) around Kitchener’s Island and the Agha Khan Mausoleum. End the ride at Elephantine Island and enjoy afternoon tea and a spectacular view of the surrounding areas at Movenpick Tower. Afternoon is free at leisure. Evening, enjoy the sound and light show at the Temple of Philae, set beautifully on an island.

  • Day 11 - Aswan - Abu Simbel

    This morning, you will disembark from the cruise and take a short flight to Abu Simbel – this colossus temple of Ramses II is one of the most stunning sights in Egypt!

    Evening, enjoy the sound and light show at the Temple of Philae, set beautifully on an island.

  • Day 12 - Aswan / Cairo / Hong Kong

    This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

    You won't believe you eyes when you reach Siwa for the first time. See an edenic island full of mineral springs, salt lakes and endless Olive and Palm groves. Although the years of isolation make it rich in its Berber heritage and a little bit different from any other place in Egypt.
  • Day 12 - Aswan / Cairo / Almaza Bay

    This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cairo.

    Upon arrival, continue a 4-hour drive toward the northern coast. Enjoy a night rest at the Almaza Bay.

  • Day 13 - Almaza Bay / Siwa

    This morning, continue another 4-hour drive to the Siwa Oasis. On the way, explore kershef-made (salt rocks from the local salt lakes and mud) Shali Fortress dominating the ancient Shali. Siwans built it for protection from the hostile Bedouin tribes who periodically raided the oasis. 

    Continue to the Siwa House Museum, which boasts traditional Siwan objects such as silver jewelry, music instruments, wedding costumes, baskets and ceramics. Small but interesting.

  • Day 14 - Siwa

    This morning, start the tour from the tombs lying inside Gabal El Maouta or "the Mountain of the Dead".  Visit the Temple of the Oracle and Cleopatra's Bath, one of the most famous attractions in Siwa. A stone pool fed by a natural hot spring, where the Egyptian queen herself is said to have swam on her visit to Siwa.  

    This afternoon, enjoy an off-road 4x4 desert drive as you race across the dunes. Stop to look at fossils and seashells along the seabed of the Great Sand Sea

  • Day 15 - Siwa / Alexandria
    Today, you will have a full day (around 8 hours) drive to Alexandria.

    Alexandria is known as “The Pearl of Mediterranean”, has an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern. Today, visit some key sights in the city. Start from the Citadel of Qaitbay, then visit Abu El Abbas Mosque considered as the most beautiful mosque in Alexandria. 

    Continue to Catacombs of Kom el-Shouqafa, one of Alexandria's most memorable monuments. and the nearby Pompey's Pillar. End the tour at King Farouk Palace

  • Day 17 - Alexandria / Hong Kong
